I’m Penny Crone, a Las Vegas and Henderson REALTOR® with Love Las Vegas Realty. I’ve proudly called the Las Vegas Valley home for more than 23 years, so I don’t just sell homes here—I know the communities, the neighborhoods, and the lifestyle that make this such a wonderful place to live.

Since beginning my real estate career in 2017, I’ve helped more than 70 families buy and sell homes throughout Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley. I specialize in Henderson, with extensive experience in Seven Hills, Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, Inspirada, Anthem, MacDonald Ranch, Cadence, Lake Las Vegas, and the surrounding communities. Having sold 17 homes in Seven Hills alone, I understand what makes this neighborhood special and how to successfully market homes to today’s buyers.

My approach is simple: I listen, communicate honestly, and work hard for my clients. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and my job is to make the process easier, explain what is happening every step of the way, and help you make confident decisions. You’ll never be treated like just another transaction.

Before entering real estate, I worked in construction and project management. That experience gave me valuable knowledge about homes, organization, deadlines, contracts, and the many details that need to come together for a successful closing.

When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my husband, our family, and our English Bulldogs, Ginger and Rocky. We especially enjoy boating and taking the dogs to the lake—although they sometimes believe the boat belongs to them and we’re merely the chauffeurs.
